From a hard start in Canada
to building a life in Panama.
I didn’t begin with money or connections. I got curious about computers, found online business, and kept learning. Here’s how that started.
The beginning

I grew up in a single-parent home in Canada. There was love, but there was also financial pressure and responsibility from an early age.
At 15, I was diagnosed with cancer and went through surgery. It made me think about how I wanted to spend my life.
I became interested in computers, music, websites, and the internet. At 18, I went to college. I later left to build online.
My first sale changed what I thought was possible.
Someone in another place could buy something I had created. That simple idea opened up a different way to think about work.
I spent the following years building websites, creating products, writing emails, and running advertising. I learned by trying things, seeing what happened, and making changes.
Meditation became part of my day.
Around that time, I discovered meditation, visualization, hypnosis, and personal development. I started picturing the future I wanted while I worked toward it.
That’s still part of what I do. I picture a conversation or a goal, then decide what I need to do next. I share the audios and exercises I use so you can try them too.
Today, I’m still building and learning.

I live in Panama with my family. My work has let me travel and build businesses online for more than 15 years.
I share what I’m studying, trying, and noticing. Some days that’s meditation. Other days it’s a website, an ad, or a lesson from being a dad.
Take what helps. Try it in your own life.
